Shengrong Lu, professor and doctoral supervisor of the School of Economics of Xiamen University, chief expert of the Ministry of Education's major research projects in philosophy and social sciences, and presiding expert of the National Social Science, Natural Science Foundation of China, and the Ministry of Education's key research base in humanities and social sciences, is committed to research in the fields of macroeconomics, regional economics, econometrics, monetary theory and policy.

So far, he has published nearly 40 academic papers in Applied Economics, Economic Quarterly, Quantitative Economic Technology Research, Economic Dynamics, Social Sciences of Chinese Universities, Economist, Journal of Xiamen University (Philosophy and Social Science Edition) and other important academic journals, and has written “Empirical Research on the Regional Effects of Monetary Policy in China's Transition Period”, “Accelerating the Strategy of Promoting the Expansion of Domestic and Foreign Demand, Promoting the Transformation of Xiamen's Economic Development Mode”, etc.

Research Interests: Macroeconomics, Regional Economics, Econometrics, Monetary Theory and Policy.
